CURTSINGER ROCKS!

Thank you to all the Curtsinger families who have supported and participated in the Box Tops for Education program this past year.  Curtsinger Elementary received a check in January for $1276.93!  Since each Box Top is worth 10 cents you saved A LOT of Box Tops!  This check includes all Box Tops collected and sales made through the Box Tops for Education Online Marketplace from March 1, 2007-October 31, 2007.

In December UPCs and lids worth over 6000 points were mailed to the Labels for Education (LFE) program!  The school can “cash in” these points for educational materials, sports equipment, office equipment, etc. all to help promote education for our children.

There were 139 students that participated in the collection program in January!!  WOW!  As of January this program has surpassed the number of students that participated all of last school year with 229 students now being involved.  If you have not participated in the past IT IS NEVER TOO LATE to begin “Clipping & Saving” Box Tops for Education and UPCs and lids for LFE from all kinds of products found in your kitchen pantry, Community Coffee UPCs from bags of coffee, and “Project A+” box flaps and bag tops from Tyson meat products found in your freezer.  GET INVOLVED!

Shop Online and Benefit Curtsinger

The Box Tops Marketplace allows you to earn cash for Curtsinger when you shop online.  Start at the Box Tops Marketplace at boxtops4education.com.  Click on the link to one of your favorite online stores. You’ll be automatically sent to that store’s web site.  Shop as you normally would and a portion of your qualifying purchase is donated to your school.

How to shop for Curtsinger to receive Box Tops earnings?

First, you must register online through the Box Tops website and designate Curtsinger as your school to support.  Second, you must start your online shopping at the Box Tops for Education Marketplace in order for the website to credit purchases to Curtsinger.  Finally, be sure that "cookies" are enabled on your Internet browser.  The use of "cookies" is necessary to accurately track your purchases from participating stores.  If you set your Internet browser to disable or reject cookies, Box Tops will not be able to track and confirm your purchases and make the proper donation to Curtsinger.  By default, cookies are enabled in major Internet browsers, including Microsoft^® Internet Explorer, Mozilla^®, Firefox and AOL^®.  For more information about cookies, consult the "Help" function of your Internet browser.

Every month Boxtops4education.com hosts a sweepstakes where members (registration is FREE and remember to mark your support for Curtsinger Elementary!) can enter and have a chance to win BONUS Box Tops for Curtsinger.  For the month of February, enter for your chance to win 10,000 Bonus Box Tops from Totino’s® Pizza Rolls® Pizza Snacks.  One entry per person is allowed.
